Absolute Care, Inc., along with the clients we serve, will develop an individualized treatment plan that can and will be adjusted throughout their treatment to document progress or any set back in services. Individuals can expect to be assisted with the development of a personal plan that will include an Assessment, Treatment Planning, Crisis Intervention plan, Case management, Referral, Management of services, Discharge Planning and Review. This allows Absolute Care, Inc. to continue to provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services, Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment, and Crisis Intervention Services in the community and in the comfort of your home.
